Waistband: natural rubber & organic cotton.

The model is 5'10" with a  28" waist.

Measurement tips:

Waist: true to size & elasticized, so don't worry about eating a full dinner. Choose whatever option would be a true fit on an empty stomach and the pants will stretch a couple of inches when they need to.

Hips: size up if on the borderline.
